LJL GALLERIES FOUNDER & FINE ARTIST

I am moved by the actions, history and events that shape mankind or anything that elevates the spirit. It can be the simplest of things or the most horrifying. Often it’s experiencing the adventure or beauty nature has to offer and it is definitely in the connection that I have with animals. It translates into all this energy, which I can express in a positive way through my artwork; I only hope it inspires the same passion, love and hope in others.

Frank Chinea Inguanzo

Frank Chinea, a Cuban-American artist based in Miami, is a late neo-romantic artist of the 21st century. He recovers the apocalyptic spirit of those times, stressing his self observation and his inner experience into his works; he projects the muses and the ghosts of his soul. Black scenarios and stormy views populate his paintings. Diluted figures and dislocated entities emerge from the dark scenarios as his way of presenting his subconscious world. Expressionistic traits and contorted brushstrokes over thick impasto define his dramatic approach to painting.

Jacob Berghoef

Self taught fine art photographer with extensive experience in analog photography, developing and printing in personal darkroom and in working with digital cameras. Jacob was born in the city of Gouda, in the Netherlands in 1959. Jacob is exploring the simpleness and stillness of pure, natural environments through the lens of a camera. He conducts a simple, minimalistic life, trying to be as self sufficient and sustainable as possible. As his muses and inspiration, Jacob explores The North and Thy National Park. His selection of photographs are being exhibited all around the world and have been sold to collectors and art lovers in many different countries.

MARIE SANTOS

Marie is a Modern Impressionist artist from Montreal Canada. From a young age, she was always occupied with artistic creative projects. With her Fine Arts knowledge and strong spiritual influence, her unique painting styles were formed to create colorful, positive and motivational work that moves the soul. Marie’s choice of subjects were influenced from being surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes while living in the Maritimes for 7 years. She is inspired by natural landscapes, animals, and botanicals using her art to show the hidden beauty in all living things.
